Really good Assistance and Great Staff

My friend uses a wheelchair, and the staff helped us a lot. The staff was always friendly and always eager to help. They gave us restaurant tips, and made getting around easy. The location is pretty central.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. Nuvia was especially lovely. Her kindness began my stay beautifully. I appreciated the complimentary coffee offered in the lounge. It was nice to relax in the courtyard with my morning coffee. The luggage storage service allowed me to explore without worry. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. Closing the window completely blocked outside sounds.
The hotel did not provide a can opener or instant coffee in the room. Breakfast felt underwhelming. The room was very dark. The specific area the hotel is in feels dodgy.

i enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness. the new looks of the furniture impressed me. the hotel's location allowed easy access to both museums and the underground.

the staff were really lovely. the supermarket is very close. it has a 24-hour service which is very convenient. i liked that the hotel held our luggage throughout the day so we could do our activities without needing to worry about our things.
the room's layout felt very strange. everything was very close together. the shower is separate from the toilet. the sink is in the middle of the room. it was a very small space. the breakfast was very underwhelming and in a very dark room.
